Meet Kim Sessions

Kim is a local realtor with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners, bringing over 18 years of experience to the table. She stands out as one of the top agents in the Northeast Florida area. In a field driven by numbers and transactions, Kim has carved out a unique approach, building her business on authentic relationships within the community.

Kim began her real estate career in 2006, but it was in 2014 that she truly began to shine, consistently surpassing her annual goals. Her clients value her hands-on, attentive approach, which delivers exceptional, white-glove service. Kim’s market analysis skills provide buyers and sellers with insights and statistics that far outshine computer estimates and inflated figures.

When she isn't already well-versed in a particular area, Kim goes the extra mile by consulting with other agents and developers to ensure thorough research. Her dedication to client success has led to numerous opportunities and achievements, allowing her to expand her business and build a committed team that ensures every detail, big or small, is managed with the highest level of precision.

Aside from real estate, Kim has a strong family unit at home, and they are the biggest driving force behind her business. She and her husband Jason were married in 2000, and they have two kids, Jack and Tori. Together they are extremely active enjoying adventure after adventure and are her number one supporters and raving fans.
